This week we are in Menai Bridge, a favourite place. We love Anglesey, the towns, the beaches, the views, restaurants, churches, walks, it has everything for us.

Summer holidays

Some photographs from our week in a lovely C17 cottage just outside Criccieth. It was just right, four generations aged 85 to 4 months had a great week. I really love the Welsh coast, but then I am biased! Happily biased! Tomorrow we go to Menai Bridge for a week, looking forward to it very much, just hubby and myself.

July blooms

I wish I could say these gorgeous flowers are from my garden! But they aren't, they are from the Derwen Garden Centre in Guilsfield which is quite handily located down the road from where I live. Great garden centre, cafe, gift shop and farm shop. I usually pop in at least twice a week for something or other, or just a wander. Hoping everyone is having a happy Tuesday, Jane x
